FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Miller Construction Company has finished the Green design-build project, a 30,000-square-foot office/maintenance building for Republic Services' truck fleet based in West Palm Beach.
The two-story facility, which sits on 10 acres of land at 7329 7th Place North, west of Palm Beach International Airport, includes a high-level maintenance shop, support space along with locker rooms, offices and training areas. The development is pre-registered to attain the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.
