
BOSTON-Boston-based Norwich Partners LLC is planning to construct an extended-stay hotel in the Fort Point Channel neighborhood. The developer wants to change an old building located at 368 Congress St. into a hotel, which contains 120 rooms and some stores.
Norwich Partners is purchasing the 110-year-old building from Berkeley Investments and the terms of the deal are not disclosed.
