The Hawaiian Palms apartment, a 245-unit complex situated in Lauderdale Lakes, and the Parkview Apartments, a 100-unit complex in Tampa, have received $8,872,500 and $2,750,000 funding, respectively, under Fannie Mae DUS Loan.
