WEST PALM BEACH, FL-A software development and services firm, Esri and Progressive Casualty Insurance Company are moving to EcoPlex located at Centrepark West, 1641 Worthington Road from their West Palm Beach offices.
Esri and Progressive have inked a lease agreement for five years with Navarro Lowrey, Inc. for 2,383 square feet and 12,281 square feet, respectively. In the transaction, Jones Lang LaSalle represented Esri, Cushman & Wakefield represented Progressive and Navarro Lowrey Properties, Inc. represented the owner.
