CORAL GABLES, FL-The property management and brokerage division of Flagler, Flagler Real Estate Services (FRES), LLC has expanded its commercial asset portfolio by adding another 1.4 million square feet of industrial area.
FRES has been selected to manage AMB Property Corporation's 880,000-square-foot AMB Miami International Logistics Park in Medley and Cobalt Capital Partners' 565,000-square-foot Sunrise Distribution Center in Sunrise.
