ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Pertree Constructors, Inc. has completed the Hope Charter Phase Two - Legacy High School project situated in West Orange County. Orlando-based Interkinetics Corp. has designed the project.
The facility includes Butler Manufacturing's pre-engineered metal building measuring 22,000 square feet, insulated exterior masonry walls and a fully protected architectural standing seam (VSR) roof. The project, which was finished within 180 days, comprises a full gymnasium, new classroom space and school offices. The cost of the construction was $125.00 per square feet.
