HOUSTON-Fuller Realty Partners has acquired two office towers spanning a total of 503,930 square feet from owner The Ellman Cos. The eight-story, 222,340-square-foot tower called 1001 West Loop South is 41.2% leased. Another tower at 2425 West Loop South has 11 floors measuring a total of 281,590 square feet and is 54% leased.

HFF's Marty Hogan and Dan Miller represented Ellman Cos. HFF's Wally Reid arranged financing. HFF's Tucker Knight organized the joint venture equity for the purchase with PCCP. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
