HOUSTON-Boxer Property has acquired its 10th property this year with 12808 W. Airport located in Sugar Land Business Park, bringing its total portfolio to over 12 million square feet. The office building measures 150,578 square feet and is three stories high with about 50% of the building leased.
The space occupied by the building's biggest tenant, ABB Group, was not included in the sale. Grubb & Ellis represented KBS Realty Advisors, the seller, in the transaction. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
