NEW YORK CITY-Planet Fitness, a chain located in Yonkers, has inked an 18,000-square-foot lease on the second floor of the tower situated at 490 Fulton Street in downtown Brooklyn to house its third ultra-cheap gym. The lease runs for 15 years.
Crown Retail Services negotiated the deal on behalf of both the tenant and the owner. Planet Fitness' expansion strategy is to increase its presence from the current 12 locations by two fold in the coming two years. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
