SEATTLE-Equity Residential of Chicago has acquired the former Ballard Denny's site measuring 1.38 acres located at Northwest Market Street and 15th Avenue Northwest in Seattle from Benaroya Companies for $12.5 million. Benaroya bought the property for the same price four years ago.
Equity has proposals to construct a residential complex with 288 units on the site. The company's residential portfolio consists of over 36 complexes in the greater Seattle region. For the full story, go to Seattle Times.
