CHICAGO-Vornado Realty Trust's Vice President, Sandeep Mathrani, has agreed to join General Growth Properties' as its new CEO next month. General Growth is expected to emerge from bankruptcy at the same time.
Prior to joining Vornado in 2002, Mathrani worked in Forest City Ratner for eight years as the company's Executive Vice President for leasing and retail development in New York. An official announcement is expected to be made sometime this week. For the full story, go to Thomson Reuters.
