ORANGE COUNTY, CA-The sale of the 787,000 square feet Pacific Arts Plaza to America Assets Inc. falls apart. The building was expected to be sold for nearly $200 million to America Assets Inc., a real estate investor in San Diego. However, despite the promising start, America Assets was unable to complete the deal.
Potential bidders for the eight building office complex now include Irvine Company of Newport Beach and a CB Richard Ellis Group-owned investment fund in Los Angeles. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
