NEW YORK CITY-SL Green has completed one new lease and two renewals totaling 133,605 square feet for its tower located at 220 East 42nd Street. Legal firm Hoffman Polland & Furman PLLC has leased 8,364 square feet for six years and media giant the Tribune Company has extended its lease for 24,639 square feet for six years.
