DALLAS-Arcadia Realty Corp. has bought nearly 300 acres of land in Rowlett and Sachse in northeast of Dallas from the Children's Medical Center Foundation for a mixed-use project.
Arcadia plans to start work on a 212-home section in the property situated between Miles and Merritt roads. The development along the extension of State Highway 190 will open in 2011 and other four commercial parcels in the project will be developed afterwards.
