HOUSTON-BG Group Plc's subsidiary has signed a 164,000-square-foot lease at the 46-story, 972,000-square-foot high-rise office project at 811 Main St. in downtown Houston, which is being developed by Hines and is slated for completion by 2011.
As per the deal, BG Group also claimed the naming rights for the tower, which will be named as BG Group Place. In the transaction, Glenn Pinkerton of Vinson & Elkins LLP and Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. represented the tenant. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal.
