NEW YORK CITY-Scottrade has opened its fifth location in Manhattan. The online broker has inked a lease agreement with Third Avenue BT for 2,200 square feet of retail space at 1392 Third Ave. The asking rent was $225 per square foot.
As per the deal, Scottrade will occupy space in the basement and the ground floor in January. In the transaction, Robert K. Futterman & Associates represented the landlord, and Lansco and Sansone Group represented the tenant. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
