NEW YORK CITY-West Elm, an entity of Williams-Sonoma, has extended its existing office space lease measuring 52,000 square feet and expanded by adding 15,185 square feet of space at 45 Main Street tower in Brooklyn.

West Elm has also extended the store lease spanning 9,900 square feet. The asking rent for the retail space was $40 per square foot, while that of the office space was $26 per square foot. Two Trees Management was the owner of the tower. For the full story, go to New York Post.
