
CHICAGO-Commonwealth REIT, a Massachusetts-based real estate investment trust, has decided to buy the Triangle Plaza office complex situated near O'Hare International Airport from John Buck Co. for $97 million. The company would pay about $154 per square foot for the building, which measures 631,445 square feet.
