
LOUISVILLE, KY-KBS Realty Advisors Cos., a Newport Beach, CA-based property investment firm, is close to another office-building acquisition. The firm has agreed to purchase the National City Tower situated in Louisville for an amount of $115 million from an affiliate of Meridian Investments Inc.
The 38-story office building, which was constructed in 1972, measures 712,533 square feet and is currently 94% leased. According to CoStar Group Inc., the building was sold for about $95 million in 2005. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
