BOSTON-The Prudential Center, a 3.2 million square feet building located at 111 Huntington Ave. in Boston will get a new tenant in Q1 2013. MFS Investment Management, a global money management company, has leased 280,000 square feet, which will serve as its world headquarters, from Boston Properties.
