
NEW YORK CITY-Nordstrom, a Seattle-based department store, has signed a long-term lease with RFR Realty for more than 11,100 square feet on the ground floor and the second level at 350 W. Broadway, between Broome and Grand streets. According to brokers, the asking rent for the ground floor was $175 per square foot and for the second level was $45 per square foot.
