NEW YORK CITY-Joseph Moinian, a New York-based developer, has filed a suit against a group of lenders and Related Cos. in Manhattan start court regarding a takeover of the newly refurbished 3 Columbus Circle tower. The suit charges the lenders and Related for intervening with Moinian's dealings at 1775 Broadway, a Midtown office building.
