NEW YORK CITY-Sesame Workshop, a nonprofit firm, has renewed its lease agreement for 18 years for 140,000 square feet on the 2nd to 4th and 8th floors at 63rd St., known as One Lincoln Plaza tower located at 1900 Broadway. The owners of the building are Abby Elbaum and Philip Milstein of Ogden CAP Properties. The asking rent was $55 per square foot.
