CHICAGO-Two local investors have acquired a couple of suburban office complexes for $12.8 million. Hinsdale-based JSQ Commercial LLC has purchased Brush Hill Office Courte, a four-building, 110,299-square-foot office complex at 740-770 Pasquinelli Drive in west suburban Westmont for $7.3 million from Prime Group Realty Trust.
In another transaction, Chicago-based Marc Realty LLC has bought a four-story, 101,007-square-foot office building situated at 2800 S. River Road in northwest suburban Des Plaines for $5.5 million.
