MIAMI BEACH-Aaron's Rental Furniture is moving from Flagler Park Plaza situated on 82nd and Flagler street to Parkhill Plaza. Aaron's has signed a long-term lease for 6,194 square feet in the Parkhill Plaza at 9509 West Flagler St. in Miami.
The retailer will join Wendy's, Winn Dixie and Dollar Tree as tenants in the shopping center, which is 92% occupied. Commercial Associate Juan Franco of Terranova Corporation negotiated the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
