ROCKLEDGE, FL-The Brevard Workforce Development Board is moving from Kennedy Space Center to a new location in Rockledge to open a full-service career center to fit displaced aerospace workers. The firm has signed a long-term lease for an office space measuring 27,493 square feet at 295 Barnes Blvd.

Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the landlord. Brevard Workforce Development is expected to move to the new facility towards the middle of December. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
