SAN DIEGO-Walters Management Co. has renewed lease agreement for an office building measuring 13,409 square feet in Chesapeake Park Plaza located at 9665 Chesapeake Dr. in San Diego for $1.752 million from ARI-Chesapeake Park Plaza LLC.
CB Richard Ellis' Jeb Bakke, Laura Bonnett, Tyler Gossett and Scott Kincaid negotiated the deal on behalf of the owner, and Cushman & Wakefield's Deborah Hunkeler, Jay Arnett and Kevin Farrell represented the tenant.
