NEW YORK CITY-Construction at Battery Park City is going ahead in full swing. Nine residential buildings comprising 2,435 units have been constructed over the past 10 years.
Milstein Properties is developing the 22-story Liberty Green and 32-story Liberty Luxe residential buildings, which will be completed by 2011. The 52,000-square-foot community center will be built between the two buildings. Goldman Sachs Group Inc. has also plans to renovate the hotel and entertainment complex next to its building.
