ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Electronic Waveform Lab Inc. is moving from Beach Boulevard to Huntington Beach. The company has purchased an industrial building measuring 27,731 square feet at 5702 Bolsa Ave. in Huntington Beach for $3.3 million.
The firm will have its offices as well as manufacturing work in the new site. It is planning to invest nearly $630,000 improvements. 360 Commercial's Steve Wagner negotiated the deal on behalf of the buyer. Electronic Waveform will move to the new location in January.
