MILWAUKEE-Milwaukee-based Action Recyclers LLC has leased space in a 135,000-square-foot industrial building owned by Cudahy-based Steinergroup Inc. The firm has leased 73,000 square feet at the 2969 S. Chase Ave. building situated on the south side of Milwaukee.
The south side building, which is currently fully leased, was purchased three years ago by Steinergroup. The Dickman Co. Inc./CORFAC International negotiated the deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord. For the full story, go to The Business Journal of Milwaukee.
