INDIANAPOLIS-Construction work is expected to start this week for a senior housing apartment building comprising 33 units. The $7.6 million project is located at North Keystone Avenue and East 10th Street.
Indy-East and Riley Area Development corporations are the developers, while Keystone Construction Corp. is the contractor of the project. The development, which also includes a 3,600-square-foot office and retail space, is financed by Huntington Bank. The asking rent for the building will start from $300 to $600 per month.
