BOSTON-A Boston-based developer has proposed a revised plan to construct a new hotel instead of an office and lab building on the property situated on Brookline Avenue near Fenway Park.

A revised proposal was filed by Boylston Properties' Bill McQuillan with the Boston Redevelopment Authority for an extended-stay hotel having 183 rooms and a restaurant or a retail store on the ground floor at 121 Brookline Ave. The revised plan awaits the approval of the authority.
