CORAL SPRINGS, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has negotiated the sale of two office towers in Coral Springs. A Hallandale Beach-based limited liability company has purchased the Towers of Coral Springs, two four- and six-story glass towers measuring 75,344 square feet, at 2855 N. University Dr. for $9.7 million.
