VALRICO, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has announced the sale of a garden duplex rental community situated east of Brandon. A Connecticut-based private investor has bought Suburban Villas, an apartment community having 36 units, at 502 Beverly Blvd. in Valrico for $2 million. The seller was a private investor from Florida.
