BOSTON-Developer Ori Ron of Hudson Group North America said that he will start the construction of a 26-story tower at Chinatown next year. The new project, which is about to begin after years of delay, will replace the Dainty Dot building located between the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway and Chinatown.

The $105-million project, a glass and stone tower, located at Essex and Kingston streets includes 100 condominiums, 100 rental apartments, a restaurant and a four-level parking lot. For the full story, go to Boston Globe.
