NEW YORK CITY-Comptoir des Cotonniers has inked a lease for 10 years for about 500 square feet in the basement and 850 square feet on the ground floor of 345 Bleecker St. The asking rent for the space was $425 per square foot.
The French retailer has a store in SoHo and is planning to open another one on Columbus Ave. Zelnik & Co.'s Jason Turner and Anna Rhein represented both the owner and the tenant in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post.
