NEW YORK CITY-The Jeffrey Modell Foundation is relocating from 747 Third Ave. to 780 Third Ave. The foundation has leased 4,146 square feet on the 47th floor from TIAA-CREF. The leased space is under construction. The asking rent for the space was $70 per square foot.
The TIAA-CREF property was represented by JRT Realty Group's Greg Smith, Jodi Pulice and Kate Pezzolla, while the tenant had no brokers to represent in the transaction. For the full story, go to New York Post.
