ORLANDO-Hendricks & Partners has negotiated the sale of Park Hamilton Apartments, a 330-unit apartment community, situated at 5900 Park Hamilton Blvd. on Silver Star Road in Orlando. Santa Monica, CA-based La Esperanza Orlando, LLC has acquired the community from Miami-based LNR Properties for $4,050,000.
Park Hamilton Apartments, which was constructed in 1974, was 41% occupied when the deal was signed. Associate Partner Hal Warren represented the seller along with Hold-Thyssen LLC, the receiver, in the deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
