NEW YORK CITY-Sunshine Realty Management has leased 11,000 square feet in the American Bank Note building located at 890 Garrison Ave. in the South Bronx in Hunts Point for a business incubator. The firm has leased space in the newly renovated building from Taconic Investment Partners.
