NAPERVILLE, IL-TriZetto Group Inc. has leased 41,000 square feet at an office tower located at 1240 E. Diehl Rd. in Naperville for 11 years to shift its regional office from 500 Technology Dr. The office tower is one of the four towers of Naperville Corporate Center measuring 419,000 square feet.
TriGate Capital LLC, a Dallas-based REIT, is the owner of the tower. TriGate acquired the complex from Transwestern Investment Co. for $23.26 million in June 2010. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
