ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL-CB Richard Ellis has negotiated the sale of Village Green, a 164-unit apartment complex, in Altamonte Springs. The apartment building, constructed in 1970, had assumable financing from Freddie Mac.
The Village Green apartments building comprises single-, double- and triple-bedroom units. Luke Wickham and Shelton Granade from CBRE's Central Florida Multi-Housing Group negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. The apartment was 93% occupied at the time of sale.
