ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Denver-based Catellus Development Co. is planning to construct The Landing, a retail hub on Balboa Boulevard near 32nd Street. Carl's Jr. and Albertsons have already completed a lease deal for a Pavilions grocery store, and other new tenants who will be occupying space include Chipotle Mexican Grill, The Crow Burger and Gina's Pizza.
The construction work of the $2.5 million project is being managed by Irvine-based Camco Pacific Construction Co., and Orange-based Architects Orange is the architect. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
