ORANGE COUNTY, CA-The 2600 Michelson office tower is being listed for sale. Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. has been hired to manage the sale of the 16-story office building measuring 307,662 square feet situated off Jamboree Road near John Wayne Airport.
The distressed building was placed under MPG Office Trust, a court-appointed receiver, last year when the landlord was unable to pay the debt of $110 million on the property. The office building is 53% occupied. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
