WEST PALM BEACH, FL-Comcast has renewed its three leases, which includes two leases in Miramar and one lease in West Palm Beach. NAI/Merin Hunter Codman has negotiated all the three long-term deals for a cumulative value of over $15 million.
The first two deals include over 83,000-square-foot lease renewal at 2601 SW 145th Avenue and over 27,000-square-foot lease at 2701 SW 145th Street. The third lease deal is for over 20,000 square feet at 1100 Northpoint Parkway in 45th Street. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
