HOUSTON-Duke Realty Corp. has started construction on Westland Business Park's expansion Westland II, which will feature a warehouse space spanning 300,000 square feet. The expansion is scheduled for completion in April 2011.
Duke's existing tenant RAM Chemical & Supply, which has leased a space at Westland I since August 2009, has signed a 139,000-square-foot lease at Westland II located at the West Road/Eldridge Parkway exit close to south of US 290.
