PLACENTIA, CA-Western Realco LLC, a developer located in Newport Beach, has bought a food plant measuring 200,000 square feet at 200 Boysenberry Lane in Placentia. The Knott family, who ran the production plant on the 12-acre site, sold the property for $10.3 million.

In the deal, CB Richard Ellis Group Inc.'s Anaheim office represented the seller, while Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer. Western Realco has plans to sell or lease the facility after completing the renovation. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
