ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Canopy Lane, a new housing development, is planned for South Coast Drive and Fairview Street. The project that includes 38 condominiums will be constructed on a 4-acre site, which previously housed school district buildings.
The apartment complex will have units ranging from two to four bedrooms and sizes ranging from 1,800 to 2,200 square feet.
