ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has negotiated the sale of Buffet City restaurant and its site. Melbourne-based Sooner Investment or Sooner St. Cloud LLC has sold the 10,523-square-foot restaurant and the two-acre site located at 4551 13th St. in St. Cloud to Sun Valley Eastern Investments LLC, a local investment company, for $1,499,000.
