NEW YORK CITY-Insurance company DeWitt Stern Group has renewed and expanded its lease at 420 Lexington tower to 36,783 square feet. The lease runs for 15 years. The firm, which previously leased part of the 27th floor, will also occupy an additional space in the floor.
In the deal, the owner SL Green was represented by an internal team, while Eric Reimer and Chris Kraus of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
