CHICAGO-Franklin Park-based ERA Industries Inc. has acquired an industrial building measuring 85,500 square feet at 1800 Greenleaf Ave. in northwest suburban Elk Grove Village for $2.05 million. Globe Ticket & Label had been occupying space in the building as a tenant.
Frank and Phyllis Schneider is the owner of the building. ERA Industries will be using the building for manufacturing purpose. Britt Casey of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
